Herlon is a professional, private platform connecting verified sellers and buyers in the precious metals industry. It provides a secure environment for transactions, with mandatory verification (Screening, KYC/KYB) before gaining access to the network.

Herlon eliminates the time and risk involved in finding trustworthy partners. It protects against unreliable actors, fraud, and unanswered communications by offering direct access to verified members only.
Is screening mandatory?
Yes. Screening is required and conducted once during onboarding. It ensures that all members are genuine professionals, significantly reducing the risk of fraud or transaction delays.
Who can join the platform?
Professionals and companies with valid identification or corporate documents, and the necessary license for exporting or trading precious metals, or proof of collaboration with an authorized exporter.
What does the verification process include?
The verification process (Screening) involves identity checks, contact detail confirmation, and, where required, a bank reference or proof of business activity. Average completion time is 1–3 business days.
How much does the membership cost?
Membership starts at €250/month, billed in advance for 3, 6, or 12 months. Screening is charged separately: €150 (NON-REFUNDABLE)
What happens in case of fraud or false information?
Herlon reserves the right to immediately reject or remove any user providing false information or violating the Terms of Use. In such cases, membership fees and screening charges are non-refundable.
